The purpose of JCA  is to offer the very best education for its students while preparing servant-leaders to live out their faith in a way that brings glory to God and offers Christian love to mankind. This educational process involves both teaching and training young people to maximize their spiritual, academic, and social-emotional development. Students in all grades participate in a one-hour weekly chapel program and daily Bible classes.

JCA is a fully accredited independent college prep school. By incorporating a college preparatory curriculum, the academic rigor of JCA is intended to develop enthusiastic and confident life-long learners who strive to achieve their personal best in everything that they do. JCA students display a genuine thirst for knowledge that cultivates success at the college level. In a private, independent school setting, many students blossom because they have the opportunity to become involved in so many facets of their school life, allowing them to test their abilities and discover their true potential. This is certainly true at JCA, whether it’s in the classroom, in weekly chapel, or in athletics. The academic curriculum includes Advanced English, history, math, science classes, as well as, a Dual Enrollment program through Oral Roberts University. Foreign language is offered as well.

There are various club and student led activities available to the students. Art, drama, choir, journalism, 4H, SGA, National Honor Society, and athletics are offered to help maximize spiritual, academic, and social-emotional development.
